Where you are today
Your UnitedHealthcare renewal increased
Same plan, same 10 people. UnitedHealthcare re-prices everyone by age at renewal, and the primary care copay doubles from $15 to $30.

How Prestige works
You run the company. Prestige handles the paperwork.
Prestige becomes the employer on paper for payroll, taxes and benefits. That puts your team inside one large group, priced at large-group rates instead of 10 people rated by age. You keep running Pharr.
Stays the same
Yours- You run the company: hiring, pay, schedules, your clients and how the work gets done.
- UnitedHealthcare, on Prestige’s Choice Plus plans. Same carrier your team uses today.
Changes
Prestige- Payroll runs through Prestige. W-2s show Prestige.
- One invoice for payroll, payroll taxes and benefits.
- Medical moves to Prestige’s large-group plan.
- HR support and compliance help come with Prestige’s fee.
CBA stays your team and holds Prestige accountable.

Your plan next to Prestige’s
Plan 02 is Prestige’s closest match, and it keeps you on UnitedHealthcare. Use the switch to see a richer plan, or Prestige’s plan with no prescription deductible.

The prescription deductible, in plain terms. On Prestige’s UnitedHealthcare plans, tier 1 prescriptions (mostly generics) cost $15 from the first fill. Tier 2 and up wait for a $100 deductible, once a year per person, then it’s $40 or $90 a fill. Brand-name tier 3 drugs cost less than today: $90 vs. $125.
Dental, vision and disability
A richer dental plan for less
Prestige’s Guardian plan covers the same as your MetLife plan, then raises the yearly max to $1,500 and adds orthodontia, for $5,736 a year less.

Who saves
Pharr and each employee
Today Pharr pays 75% of each employee’s own premium and none of family coverage, except David Pharr’s family, which Pharr pays in full. The renewal always uses that split. Move the sliders to set what Pharr would pay on Prestige, for example putting some of the savings toward family coverage. David’s stays at 100%. Dental savings are included at today’s split, where Pharr pays half of employee-only dental.
